I have a spreadsheet with a Microsoft Query which has worked fine until
Access Workgroup Security was enabled on the database.

I know there is a disparity on the access side:
The Access table is C:\My Documents\Source.mdb
The workgroup table is G:\Workgroups\Source.mdw
The user NAME/ID is a member of the Users Group.

Any ideas how to fix this?

You need to modify the ODBC Data Source to specify the mdw to use.

Start, Run, odbcad32.exe
Find the Data Source you're using and modify it (configure). You'll see the option to specify a system database.
