Does Window XP comes with MS photo editor. I thought I was using it and now
I couldn't find it. Thanks

It's part the MS Office suite of applications (I think it's included in the setup for MS Word).

Microsoft's Photo Editor comes as a feature of the Microsoft
Office Suite. I've never seen it available as an individual program.
