I am tearing my hair out trying to fix this error message when I click a link
in Outlook
This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions
in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." I am
o the administrator, but I cannot find a way to
correct this.

I have tried all the suggestions posted so far, none of them are working.
Any more ideas please?
