MS Outlook

Hi.
I have many contacts in my Outlook from work / friends etc.
I have categorised these into different companies and would like this to be
my default view. But most importantly I would like to see all the groups
'collapsed' so I rather than expanded.

Do you know how to do this?

You don't state your Outlook version. For Outlook 2003, click
View>Expand/Collapse Groups>Collapse All Groups.
