MS Outlook vacation message

Outlook Help tells me to go to Tools to set up a
vacation/out of office message, but there is nothing
under Tools. How do I set this up in Outlook (not
express)? Thanks.
 
There should be an "Out of Office" Assistant under the tools menu. What
version of Outlook are you on?
 
Are you in an Exchange environment or not? Outlook only has an OoOA in
combination with an Exchange server.
