MS Outlook (Office 2000 Pro) 2 questions

Q1. Two computers running Win me & W2K have the same Office 2000 Pro.
Shortly after installation the attachement seem to leave here OK, but
never
get to destination.
It work if mail option set to TEXT instead of RTF !!! Why not RTF ?

Q2. On the same PCs the after Win OS reisntall tried to open/import my
PST file (33 Mb) but ZERO messages inbox/outbox & all.
SCANPST.EXE find no error in the PST file ???

RTF is understood only by Outlook, and if it gets stripped out along the way
by a server/router, it won't work. Use plain text or HTML.

File | open didn't show anything? Check your view filters.

Note - the appropriate place to post this is microsoft.public.outlook - this
group is for W2k issues.
