Outlook MS Outlook Fault?

Hi there!
I guess I am not the only one who is told by the person who recieves my emails , Why send me 26 emails of the same subject..... I have checked the folder and I know that only ONE email is sent from me, can some one out there Please HELP?

This is only happening with ONE company? :)

OS used Windows XP Pro/Microsoft Outlook 2002

Is it happenening to everyone you send emails to or just that one person? - This is usually due to a server problem, if its just one person then it will be a server problem at his end, if its happening to everyone you send email to, then you need to report it to your mail provider.
