MS Outlook Express

Dear All,

I have installed a PC with MS Outlook Express for POP email.

Noted the following popup. "A program is attempting to send the following
e-mail message on your behalf." To:xxxxxxxx, Subject XXXXXXXXXX"

Is there a way to stop this?

First... this is not an Outlook Express newsgroup. You can find on
at: microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general.

Second... that isn't a popup from OE. It is probably coming from your
firewall which is protecting you against unwanted outbound traffic
from your computer.

Sorry, this just isn't likely to be correct.
