Am running MS Outlook 2003 with Windows XP Pro.

Settings within Outlook is set to "High" to filter Junk Mail. Each time mail
comes in I Highlight, Click Junk Mail and Add sender to Blocked mail.

Now next day and next day and next day junk mail is not filtered. Have been
blocking mail for weeks. Stol getting lots of junk mail each day that is not
being filtered.

I re-installed MS Outlook - repair - and still doing same thing.

What am I doing wrong.

Many thanks for help

Is Outlook 2003 configured for POP mail, or for an Exchange mailbox?

If it is setup for an Exchange mailbox, is it setup for "Cached Exchange"
mode? This is a requirement for the SPAM filter to function when configured
with Exchange.

Also; have you installed the latest Junk E-mail Filter update?
