Hi all,
One of our users has reported that they are sending out meeting notices in Outlook 2002 but when they receive an acceptance reply they see multiple entries of the person's name in the tracking tab. They are sending out meeting notices as a delegate of their manager, so the duplicate name entries appear in the manager's Calendar.
The problem is that should the meeting be cancelled two cancellations are sent out to the people listed twice in the tracking tab.
Any ideas?
