I send an automatic email with an attachment. This email is generated by MS Access with VBA code. This code simply gathers information from our MS Access data base.
After we upgraded to MS 2000, we have been running into this situation, an alert massage from MS Outlook. (A program is trying to automatically send email on your behalf. Do you want to allow this?……. then option of Yes, No Help buttons). this massage is interfering with code, especially when there are more than one email to be sent. my question is, is there a way to turn off this alert? Thank you all. Please you can replay your answer to (e-mail address removed)

(An up-to-date anti-virus software is a MUST if you want
to use this.)

In Outlook, try using the Menu Tools / Macros /
Security ... and set the Security Level to Low.
