I cannot even get the software started because of this message.
I am runing Windows XP SP2
Message comes up with the following: Unable to open your default e-mail folders.
I have added a screen shot of the problem and would like to resolve this problem keeping in mind I am only a novice at this.
Any input is appriciated !!!!!!
