Outlook MS Outlook 2000 - Share E-mails

I want to be able to share e-mails easily across a LAN. At the minute we have to drag and drop to save them individually in network folders, renaming each one so it can be easily identified. Can't afford the expense of MS Exchange Server. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.

Try to use program Sync2. It can synchronize MS Outlook between multiple computers. Free trial version is available at: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Office-tools/Other-Office-Tools/Sync2-for-Outlook.shtml

I tried with different soft, Sync2 too. but after all, for me personally nothing works better than CodeTwo Public Folders you can download it for free and doesn't need MS Exchange. But it's just my opinion, I like the fact it's so easy to install and to use, so I chose CodeTwo.
