MS Office XP spanish language correction tool

My PC was running office 2000 professional on windows xp and since the beggining I had a problem with the spanish correction tool on WORD. If I type a text in spanish and then enable the spanish correction tool (any type of spanish: argentina, bolivia, chile spain-modern, spain-traditional, whatever) it would shut MS Word. Also, if I opened a word document with the spanish tool enabled, it will shut in a couple of seconds. I thought it was a conflict XP/2000 versions and I upgraded to Office XP Pro but the problem remais... I tryed installing all the service packs form microsoft but it was useless. As I am working in spain, this is quite a problem... Help anybody?
