MS office settings

Using Winxp operating system-MS office (word, excel, outlook, publisher)

Can the "guest" have the same MSoffice settings and options (word, excel,
outlook, publisher) as the "adiminstrator" ?

If so, how is this done?
 
Are you referring to the in-app options for setting the program to personal
preference?

Those come along with the authorization to use the program.
If a user is allowed to use Word, then they are allowed to change the Word
options.

There are some policy changes that came be made to where the changes will
not be saved, but that can get fairly involved. I haven't fooled with this
is some time, but I believe the Office Admin kit contains tools for setting
these.

In MS office programs - such as word or excel, I've customized the toolbars,
sounds, set various options etc.
I'd like to set up a "guest" that gets those exact same settings (not the
factory settings) when the program is accessed.

How do I do that? (hope I don't need a phd in rocket science to do
it)
