MS Office Outlook Warning

My users are receiving a warning after being upgrading to Office 2003. The
warning reads " A recently installed program may cause Microsoft Office or
other e-mail enabled programs to function improperly. Outlook can resolve
this conflict without affecting the program that originally caused the
problem. Do you want Outlook to resolve this problem?"

When we select "Yes" it returns a message that Outlook could not resolve.

Any Help would be aprreciated.

Close Outlook.

Open up a command prompt (or from the start, run option) type fixmapi.exe

That should fix the problem.

Of course answer yes, then reboot, if you see the error again it should
resolve this time.

Thank You for the help, unfortunately that did not resolve the problem. I'm
still working on resolving this issue, and believe it is either rights, or
SP2 issue. Anymore suggestions will be appreciated.
