Whenever I launch Money, the display shows up for about 1 out of every 4
seconds. If I click on or type where the display had a field when it isn't
showing, it will be there on the next flash. The only solution I have found
is to set the priority to high. Anyone else with this problem. No other
programs do this.

No similar problems under Money 2007.
 
In my case, mine also crashed downloading my bank statement and after,
crashed after working for about 15 seconds. I was able to uninstall and
reinstall to solve that problem, but still have to set it to high priority
for it to stay visible for more than 1 out of 4-5 seconds.
 
Money 2005 (the latest available for the UK) runs fine on Vista x64.
During installation it warned be about needing Flash, which I duly
installed, but it runs fine.
