Cat Needs Help

I posted a msg asking for help already and no one
replied. :( See post titled "Error - more than one user
trying to change db at same time" dated 10/15/2003
12:56:18 PM detailed info is there.

The problem is I keep getting the error.."Microsoft Jet
Database Engine has stopped the action because you and
another user are trying to make changes at the same time"

I NEED to get past this somehow..? I'm the only one
playing with these stupid files.. HELP please?
