MS Intlimouse, optical

Have a problem with this mouse LOCKING up and not
allowing anything to continue except shutting down the
computer. I have checked the mouse, OK, at least the
computer diagnostics states so, I have downloaded any new
mouse drivers, OK, but it still LOCKS UP.

I also cannot break through the maze that old Billy has
placed in the system so that they don't have to answer
questions about THRIE PRODUCT. Yes I am a little
frustrated. That poppus ASS, riches man in the world is
screwing us madly.

Now off my soapbox, can anyone tell me how to get the
mouse going again without having to shut down the
computer?????
 
I've had this problem.
MIntelli is plugged into a USB port.
Simply unplugging it and refitting cured the problem.
No need to turn off so it's worth a try!
