I'm looking for this Hotfix as well. It appears that Microsoft in their
wisdom has removed KB904711 either permanently or possibly temporarily.
Citrix has a fix as well, but it requires updating to the latest Feature
Release and updates....A real pain if you already haven't.

I'm open to suggestions if anyone else has a work around to allow
installation of the sp4 rollup.
