MS Frontpage 2002

I recently had a hard drive crash and lost all files. I re installed all
programs. I have been using MS Frontpage for several years and after
re-installing none of my links function. With mouse over it show the link
but will not load the page.
Any suggestions woul be appreciated as I am unable to update my web site.

By recollection, in FP 2002 simply putting the mouse icon over the link
is not supposed to open the page.

You have hold the Ctrl button down, then double click (or maybe single
click will work too?) on the link to open that page for editing.
