I need to make a .pdf file available to users of my web site but I do not
want them to be able to copy and download it to their computer. I have the
file change and print protected through the .pdf security setting but when I
attached it to webpage and test drove it I could just open it and do a "save
as" to my own computer.
Any ideas???
Best regards

The is a Adobe Acrobat issue.

I don't think that is possible, since you have to download (any) file from
the internet to view it. That's the way the internet works. Your browser
downloads a web page when it is "loading" in your browser and in the same
way it would download the pdf first, before it opens in the Adobe reader.

You can't prevent the user doing the "no right click" thing (before you ask)
because there's ways around that.

If you don't want them to download it, then your only option is to not put
it on the web
