MS Fax Wont Install

List the steps you are using and what happens.
Verify you have an analog fax modem on the Windows XP HCL list.

That's not how you install the fax service.
You install fax from Control Panel > Add/Remove Software.

Office 03, Outlook 03

When I install fax (set up fax, Machine on Printers & faxes folder) it
goes thought the install and I see the phone icon appear in the folder,
and then it disappears and no fax machine!

Any idea's?
