FOr the past few weeks I have not been able to run
explorer. If I try to start it - ie. right click the
start button and choose explorer or maybe just open
control panel, it just beeps and nothing else happens.
This seemed to start right after a critical update didn't
seem to complete normally. I have since installed SP2 but
it didn't help. There has to be some DLL that is hosed.
How can I get this part of Windows to work again?
