MS Excel Talks to MS Access

Hi,

I am using MS Office 2000.
I need to update, using VBA, a record on a MS Access database from a MS
Excel Worksheet.

Any ideas how to accomplish it?

This might be a help for getting data to and from Excel and Access: It
includes examples of using variables in SQL queries.

It demonstrates how to use SQL in Excel's VBA to:

* create a database,
* create a table and add data to it,
