There's a large question. Windows XP doesnt include DOS. For help with DOS
programs goto Start>>Help and Support>>Search for DOS.

You can run many, but not all, of them. Many DOS programs will
work without doing anything special. Others can be run in
compatibility mode. Still others won't work at all. For example,
any program that tries to access the hardware directly won't
work.
