MS Application Blocks and Compact Framework

Can I to implement the MS Application Blocks(User Interface, Managed
Configuration) in Compact Framework ?
 
You can't use it directly, it's supported only for full framework.Still u can
use the concept and implement in ur application.

UserInterface for small pocket devices is totally different from a full
framework application.

Please tell me what exactly you are looking out, I can advise based on ur
requirement.
