MS Antispyware wont install.......

How can I get MS Antispyware to install? I keep getting an error that the
install process isn't correctly installed. WHAT install process? It's an
Exe you execute ??!?!?!???!.

How do I install the installer correctly and is separate from the
Antispyware.exe I downloaded from the MS site?
