MS AntiSpyware Updates

I keep getting the same update for the last couple of
days. It is version 5791 and it is the same update three
time now. Anybody got any ideas as to why and what can I
do about it?

The latest build is 5699:

Have you tried doing a manual update, File > Check For Updates. Also, which
build are you running, .501 or .509?
