MS Antispyware kicks off my screensaver...

Anyone know why a scheduled scan kicks off my
screensaver? The monitor goes to sleep mode, but as soon
as MS Antispyware is done scanning, it kicks off sleep
mode and the screensaver won't go back on. Please help.
 
Software is not as intelligent as humans, but I suspect it would want you to
see the scan report. It seems like the logical thing to do after scan.
 
Can you provide exact details such as what screensaver you are using as well
as power settings? To make sure I understand, what you are running into is
that your screensaver activates when the scheduled scan time occurs?

It occurs after the Scan, I'm suspecting he wants the system to stay in its
powered down state and continue without interrrupting the screensaver.
