Why is that the MS AntiSpyware report a clean scan, and
when I use another application it detects spyware?

I do have the latest updates and definition files.

Would you be more precise what actually MSAS does not detect and "other"
program (which one?) does?
For now MSAS Beta 1 does not look for cookies/data miners for example, that
other apps may do.

Do a clean install in safe mode. On the scan page, choose scan options >
full system scan (check boxes below) > "Run Scan Now". The beta 1 release by
the way does not check for cookies/data miners.
