It did because the other user TOLD it to do so.
The current release only supports the administrator
account that installed the account, your account in this
case. If another person logs into their account, the
app "detects" a change to the system settings and asks
the user if they want to allow or block the change. The
other user click on block, but DID NOT read the warning
message to see what they were really blocking. The
original path listed is the path to your Favorites and
the other path listed is their Favorites.
Using System Restore might correct the problem, but I
wouldn't count on it since System Restore real focus is
on the program data and system files, not personal
settings/preferences. They might have to backup their
files, delete their account, and create a new account.
