ms antispyware cannot remove this spyware

Ok, i have used ad-aware, spybot s&d, and now ms
antispyware and i still get this pornography site to pop
up when i open up internet explorer. It doesnt open up
every time i open internet explorer, just either after i
turned on the computer, or i have had the computer idling
for a extended time.

http://66.54.89.203 is the web page (with a bit after
that which changes depending on the pop up)

If ANYONE can fix this, and stop this pop up, please reply

Use Firefox (www.mozilla.com/firefox) and you won't have
that problem ever again.
 
Firefox opens fine on my machine but steadily gets slower and slower and
slower until it locks up. Until I kill the Firefox process, my machine is
almost impossible to use. It do not like having to kill the application
several times a day just to avoid using IE. Any ideas?
 
Have you reset your browser to defaults? The run SBS&D
It's called browser hijacking. Microsofts program is
still beta and will not remove that try SBS&D if it askes
you to run the program at startup say yes some programs
cannot be remove while active. Does SBS&D also show DSO?
