"FavoriteMan is a backdoor downloader implemented as an
Internet Explorer Browser Helper Object (BHO) stored in
the System32 folder". MS anti-spyware didn't prevent this
from getting on my computer.

Please send in a Suspected Spyware resport from the tools menu in Microsoft
AntiSpyware. Restart the computer in safe mode, open MSAS, on the scan page,
choose scan options > full system scan (check the boxes below) > click "Run
Scan Now".

Also download the following and run a scan with them in safe mode:
Ad-Aware - http://www.lavasoftusa.com
Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org/
CWShredder - http://www.intermute.com/products/cwshredder.html
Spy Sweeper - http://www.webroot.com
Ccleaner - http://www.ccleaner.com

Restart in safe mode instructions:

I tried & tried. This seems to be ANOTHER fault with
MSAS. I keep getting a message "there was an error
submitting the scan results. Check your internet proxy
settings and try again". After 2 hours I give up trying
to let MS know they have a problem. I have less
confidence day after day with MSAS.
