The MS Anti Spyware popup box, starts animating at the
bottom of the screen and zooms all the way off the top.
Then a few seconds later, it zooms all the way back off the
bottom. My friends and I call it the wheeeeeeee! box.
This box made it impossible to run any scripts, or use my
VPN etc.
Then I figured out it was because I keep my taskbar against
the left edge. Microsoft entreats us to detect and observe
the user display settings and not write code that makes
assumptions about the user's display.
But the wheeeeeeee! box is obviously animating itself to
the top of the start bar, which, when vertical is ... off
the screen.
