Hi, I have a problem. I cannot see any of the system
explorers on the Microsoft Anti Spyware on the left hand
side! They used to work on another computer, and now they
don't. I tried re-installing it and nothing. Help. Could
Norton be causing it??? Thanks so much!

This is what Steve Dodson [MSFT] suggests:

ªº1^ Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)
2^ Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without
the quotes).
3^ Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware"ºª

Eventually if it doesn't work try what says Bill Sanderson:

"If you are missing your System Explorers, under advanced
tools, several users now have found that the fix first
discovered by Donald Johnson, appears to be effective for
this problem:

ºªInstallation of a Service Pack for the Visual Basic 6
runtime: This link is for SP6, but SP5 also appears to be
effectiveªº.

Engel has provided the right fix for you--the cause is indeed related to
Norton--not so much a cause as an undesirable interaction--easily fixed,
fortunately.
