There is what we call the snapshot viewer for ms-access. However, this
viewer is only for viewing reports that you generate with ms-access and sent
to people.
If you have just a bunch of data, you are likely better to export the data
as html to a cd, and then any computer (Apple Mac, Palm pilot, Linux, Pc)
etc can view it.
You can also purchase what is called the ms-access runtime. However, this is
a good 50 to 150 megs install, and in effect is installing a distribution
version of ms-access. Installing a huge product like ms-access is not likely
what you are looking for.
So, export your data reports to pdf, or html and then any computer/platform
will be able to read the data.
Heck, even a simple comma delimited text file might do the trick.
if your users need to slice and dice the data (select, and use complex
selection criteria), then the runtime is the way to go, but make no mistake
that this is not a "viewer", but a rather large install of ms-access that
you can legally distribute.
