How do you delete the MS password. I have a client that set a password for
access and everytime she opens a database (it doesn't matter if it is new or
not), it asks her for her password. I was able to get her to change the
password yet she wants to eliminate it. Please help.

Just change the password to nothing. She needs to do this for the ADMIN
user.

Is this a database password or a user level security password?

Another way to remove all passwords is to reinstall MSAccess. Converting from
an older to newer version will also erase all passwords

??? You sure about that?

Passwords are part of the individual database, not part of Access, so I
can't see any reason why reinstalling Access would do anything. Nor should
converting to a new version do anything: in fact, you probably won't be able
to convert unless you provide the password.
