MS Access Security Question

I have crerated a form in Access that requires 2 levels of signature, the
individual that created it and that persons boss. Can I make the filed on
the form for the boss signature / authorization only be accessed by the
boss?

Yes you can, but you will need to implement user level security. You can get
a copy of the Security FAQ on the Security page of my website. Read it
several times and follow it to the letter.
