Here is my problem I believe that some one in my office is *******
with my DB deleting records and pasting outdated data of new data and
just causing a huge ******* problem. Is there a way to see the changes
people have made like in a word document or to set a log with what
people input into the document I cant password protect the entire
document because to many people have to be able to access it.

There are lots of ways to keep an audit trail of data
manipulation through forms, none are simple.
