MS Access Logon Password Reset

Hi,
i created a user name with password on the "issues databse" template. After
closing it to test it, MS Access is now prompting for a logon username &
password whenever i try to open any databases.
I've tried re-installing MS Access but to no avail. Is there any way i can
resolve this?

You have modified the standard system.mdw file that ships with Access.

Try this:

Use Start, Search and locate all mdw files (*.mdw); be sure to include
system folders in the search.
Rename each mdw file it finds.

Open Access, and it will create a new system.mdw file for you.
