Can anyone identify MS Microsoft Access product for a
handheld device and its basic capabilities. What
Microsoft capabilities does it not preform. Thanking you
in advance.

If the handheld device is a tablet PC, it is fully capable Access.
If it is a Palm, then it is not a MS product but "forms" of some sort
(Satellite, Pendragon) and you have to live with numerous limitations
and seek workarounds, but it works.
If it is a PocketPC - I have no idea and hope someone else will have a
better answer.

Julie,

I create applications that integrate Palm Pilots with Access databases. If you
need this kind of application and would like to discuss it, contact me at my
email address below.

There is an excellent program for Windows based pocekt pcs called VisualCE; http://www.syware.com it synchronizes your handheld with desktop databases. You create forms for data input in VisualCE
