Access MS Access - Emailing Subform Data

I have VBA code to send an email with order information that is on a form to my customer - it works fine. I am trying to be able to send information from a subform of that form also - the specific line items of their order. I can get only the first line item to flow, not the rest of them. I have tried searching the internet and this forum to no avail. I would greatly appreciate any help on this.
