Hi Everyone,

This is my first question on the forum, hopefully someone can help
I have an access form with a memo field, and am trying to use the autocorrect to add standard text blocks when certain abbreviations are typed.
My first problem is that what I enter as a multiline comment in for example word only enters the first line in access, can I change this.
If this is not possible is their a possibility to access the autotext entries in a word document from ms access and use them in a form for the same purpose.
At the moment I have solved the problem by selecting the abbreviation from a drop down list which then enters the text in the field, this however is very long winded.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated
