Sir i am trying to prepare a spare parts inventory for a store at Main Store(HQ) and then Unit Store(Unit Store) and then branches, the parts are purchased by the Main store(HQ) and then issued to Unit Stores and there many unit stores further issues to branches of unit. And then back function the serviceable parts are issued back to unit store then it will return to HQ store the parts ledger should be automatically updated by issue and receive vouchers, in addition the query for current and previous balance of spares at each location,and printing of vouchers.
as this inventory was in dbase now i want to transfer on access7 please help me for query and form for in and out voucher which automatically update and append records..thanks
