Mr. Enigma---What is it?

I recently was removing a couple of things from my registry, and while removing things I came to a file called Mr. Enigma. I was woundering if anyone could tell me what it is. I searched the web and nobody seems to know. So if anyone knows about this file, please reply to this post...

I have wondered about this for some time also. I was tempted to remove
it but hesitated in case it referred to some MS process or whatever.
Will await an answer from someone with knowledge of this entry.
