MPR.dll problem

When starting-my until now-well functioning Paint Shop Pro
6 program the following message appears: DLL kernel32.dll
has been moved in internal memory, caused by
C:\WINNT\system32\MPR.dll occupied an address reseved for
Windows system DLL files. How to Cure the preblem?
