I created some MPG2 video using the Sony Gigapocket and dvgate plus software
that came with my PC. Just out of curiousity I got into Windows Movie Maker
to try out its features to see how the packages compared. However, when I
attempted to import video, I either get an error message like the ones below
or I get sound but no video. The two errors I get on various attempts at
importing MPG2 files is either an "unspecified error" or "An interface has
too many methods to fire events from".
Is it really saying that Windows Movie Maker 2 (which is the version I have
on this machine) does not support MPG2 files, or is it some other
incompatibility with it being created from another software package?
Thanks for any insights you might offer.
