Camel was hit or miss on Win2K too. On one machine it worked, another
not. I never could figure out why. Maybe something to do with users
and permissions. Try uninstall, then re-install as administrator?

Just a caution with TMPGEnc.... it will definitely join MPEG files,
but I found that the audio goes seriously out of synchronization. So
if you have dialog, lips will be out of sync. There's a way to
compensate. I went strange trying to do it though, and just gave up
and used other software for the job.

No, sorry. This is what happens when I recommend a program that I haven't
used. I also have WinXP SP2 and I have the exact same results as you.![]()
