MP760 alternative

I'm looking for a reasonable quality all-round multifunction printer
and the model that seemed to fit the bill with reasonably good reviews
was the Canon MP760 which seems to be no longer available (I'm UK
based).

What is the nearest alternative and what review sites are best to look
at?

Essentially I want:

Clear b&w text maybe with some colour
Scan (photocopy) documents and occasional OCR
Scan occasional prints and some (just a few hundred) slides
Print the occasional photograph up to A4 (most stay on computer and
anything extra special will get done at a lab)
I don't need fax capability
Speed is not a major issue
I am attracted by separate and reasonably low cost cartridges
USB is ok (don't want the extra expense of networking options)
Hopefully sub 150UK pounds

Try Morgan Computers. They had them recently and may have some left.
